On the other hand, the History Hall focuses more on the story behind each music box and other musical devices. The tour is only offered in Japanese, but don’t fret, as you’ll still be entertained by seeing how they work and watching little French dolls dance.
Part of the magical “forest” s also the Kawaguchiko Music Museum that offers a unique performance from their talented opera singer, who is accompanied by automated musical instruments, instead of the usual orchestra. Additionally, guests can enjoy a fountain show at the rose garden or savor delicious food and drinks at the café and restaurant inside the theme park.
Rose Garden
Guests can enjoy sauntering around the rose garden that exhibits 720 varieties of roses, plus other seasonal flowers like Petunia, Peony, Sunflower, and etc. On top of that, it becomes more breath-taking with Mt. Fuji on the background and more amusing with a fountain show from time to time.
One-of-a-kind Souvenir
But, of course, raveling won’t be complete without a little memento. Guests have numerous choices ranging from fragrances, confectionaries, liquors, Mt. Fuji whisky glasses, rose themed accessories, and music boxes with your favorite J-Pop tunes. If you are looking for something special, you can customize your own music box by first choosing your favorite tune, and then by either painting the outside or just attaching cute decorations on it.
